Shipping policy

Shipping costs primarily depend on the amount and type of products in each order, as well as your selected shipping option/s. Moreover, GEMELA® currently offers the following shipping options: Standard, Express, Economy International, and Standard International, and the Express and Economy International options are only available for select items being shipped to certain countries.

United Kingdom (UK)
All orders over £150 made to addresses located in the United Kingdom (U.K.) are free, and only incur a standard shipping charge and/or flat rate total (ranging from £5.99 - £15.49), if the total order cost is under £150. Moreover, the shipping cost range may vary depending on the total order's size, weight, and/or shipping destination.

European Union (EU)
All orders over €180 made to addresses located in the European Union (E.U.) are free, and only incur a standard shipping charge and/or flat rate total (ranging from €7.49 - €17.99), if the total order cost is under €180. Moreover, the shipping cost range may vary depending on the total order's size, weight, and/or shipping destination.

Countries in the EU include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

**All other European countries (outside of the EU) are included in the 'International (Rest of the World)' category.

**Shipping costs may be higher for certain European countries: Shipping rates for destinations in mountainous or remote locations will be higher than for destinations that are easier to access. Similarly, shipping rates for countries that take part in specific industry trade organisations, like the EFTA, will also be higher.

Currently, these European countries have separate shipping rates:

  • Norway
  • Switzerland

International (Rest of the World)
All orders made to international addresses located in countries across the 'Rest of the World' have varying shipping costs based on flat rates, which are calculated at check-out. These shipping costs usually vary from about £5.99/$8.00 - £23.99/$32.00. Once more, these shipping costs are primarily based on the amount and type of products in an order, as well as the order fulfillment location, the shipping destination, the shipping method, and carrier pricing.

**Exclusions
GEMELA® does not currently ship or deliver to: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Palestinian Territories, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Israel, New Caledonia, Niue, Sudan, and Yemen. This is due to: legal restrictions, shipping carrier limitations, world events, war, natural disasters, and other service disruptions pertaining to these countries.
